There are also various locations that use the combination between the electricity in the earth and the piezo electric nature of stones along with sacred geometry to focus the qi, locations like stone circles, dolmens as well as churches. Qi is a mighty force but if you move too quickly it can allude you so the idea is to move slowly in qi gong in order to acquire as much into the body as possible.
The body has veins that carry the blood and meridians that carry electricity and this is known in the body as qi. There are centres where the qi accumulates and can either enter of leave the body, these are know in Sanskrit as chakras and can be thought of as little springs in the body of energy. There are different breathing techniques that will either aquire qi, move qi, distribute or dissipate qi within the body and ways to ingest it in order to permeate the blood stream as well as the meridian system in the form of electricity.
