Finding the Jedi.
It starts with the feeling we all have that we are somehow different, and we are, but not in comparison to each other, there’s a difference within ourselves depending on how we think, eat, move and breathe. By stepping out of a status quo thought pattern and questioning what are you truly capable of, a liberating flow of curiosity to find your own noble warrior comes about, intitating Finding the Jedi
“Those who seek, better know what they seek, for those who find. usually do not seek, they do.” Ancient martial art proverb
96% of our waking day is controlled by subconscious (Intuitive brain), 4% of our waking day is controlled by our concious (Thinking brain). The subconscious has a set path of actions that have all been put in place in the first 7 years of our lives and the other subconscious pathways are set through repetition of an action/thought/emotion. There are two ways to tap into the subconscious, dropping into a theta brain wave state will connect to your intuitive brain and repetition of a particular action will rewire the neurological pathways of the concious brain linking into the subconcious brain
The two moments of the day in which your brain is naturally in Theta brain wave state are just as you are falling asleep and just as you are waking up, they are invaluable moments to set the pathways of thought and emotion in place, co-creative moments between you and the listening Force.
There are moving and still meditations as well as frequency and sound meditations that can also drop you from your thinking brain into your intuitive brain.
It is time to take back the beauty of being human and having the most incredible resources available if we shift into focusing on the part of us that controls the 96% of our day. Understanding the force and how to use it.
