Starting on 17th June 2024 from Le Puy en Velay and ending in L’Aubrac 24th June 2024 (7 Days). The route is 205km/127miles and travels through beautiful late spring countryside full of flowers and wide open spaces, climbing up to ridges for long distant views and through old forests along ancient paths. There are springs all along the route to refill water bottles and clear streams to bathe the feet. Each day will begin with sunrise Qigong before breakfast and then a rendezvous point where there will be a picnic provided, onto a sacred site, either an architectural site or a natural energetic point where a guided meditation will unfold and a sound healing using gongs, crystal bowls and other frequency tools to realign. Ending at the nights accommodation where all your kit (apart from a light day pack) will be delivered by the support team.
